European poker is definitely on the up-and-up, and if any proof is required, the fact that US stars are flying in on a regular basis to play, means poker in Europe has hit the big time.
Daniel Negreanu, the new addition to Team PokerStars, will make his European Poker Tour debut at the end of August when he takes part in the €8,000 Barcelona EPT.
Neagreanu will be joined by team-mates Greg Raymer and Humberto Brenes in Barcelona, and will then head over to the UK to take part in the London EPT.
His career tournament winnings are approaching m - will he hit the milestone in Europe?
London EPT satellites kicked off this week on PokerStars, with buy-ins starting from 700 FPP or .50.
