A chartered civil engineer from Birmingham has won the trip of a lifetime by knocking out the sheriff of the PokerPlayer posse 'K_Unknown', AKA magazine editor Dave Woods, in the fourth freeroll of the Betfair Grand Prix.
The prize was won with a $6,000 bounty on Woods’ head. The $6,000 equates to a trip for two to Las Vegas courtesy of those great people at Betfair.
This was no mean feat as 'K_Unknown' is the reigning Grand Prix champion, having won the live final last time out.
Anne Farmer, who plays as ’Drunklkme’ and celebrated her birthday the day after the win, is over the moon to have won such a big prize – on one hand of poker – and in a freeroll.
