1. The crew arrive in the casino to set up the TV table. Each show uses a team of 35 people working behind the scenes

2. As play gets under way, outside the casino in the TV truck the director watches the play from all angles – choosing the best shot from the seven cameras used to capture all the action

3. Inside the casino the final table continues to play out in front of a live audience

4. Once a hand is dealt the image recognition system records all the details

5. The cameras record every hand played, and in all over ten hours of video will be edited down to two one-hour shows at a later date

6. Channel 4 presenter Dougie Anderson conducts the post-match interviews...and it’s a wrap
